Floating Street Hawkers Centers

An attempt to solve Samarinda's "Street Hawkers" problems. Seeking space on the river as a solution for enabling the urban poor and the villages in the hinterland to have access to income as well as boosting tourism.

Their works , among others, are:

(a) designing and building of private residences/ villas , larger scale Real Estate development , school / educational campuses, commercial centers ,

(b) facilitating low income communities (Government/ Private sector) in developing “socially responsible” projects in rural as well as urban areas in the enablement of the poor to help themselves ,

(c) the participating efforts in reducing carbon emissions and increase natural renewable energies in curbing global warming problems faced today.
